INTERNSHIP AND TRAINEE PROGRAM

If you are passionate about socially conscious philosophy in communications and public media, our Internship and Trainee Program might be just for you.

The goal of our program is to train a new generation of business professionals to whom business ethics are as important as profit margins. Participation in our Internship and Trainee Program will help you understand how to apply the socially conscious mindset and its underlying principles to business and may serve as a launching pad for your career as today's society moves forward towards the New Age of Elevation of Consciousness.

Upon completion of the program, you may, at the discretion of the agency, be promoted to an assistant agent or agent position where you will continue to be guided by management to help represent RED's client list of socially conscious individuals, including prominent public figures, film-makers, writers, producers, directors as well as socially conscious companies.

You will begin your agency experience working under close supervision of the agency upper management. You will learn fundamentals of the agency business as well as principles of socially conscious philosophy and undertake hands-on training assignments to gain the tools necessary to operate in a socially conscious environment. As you progress, you may cover agents' and/ or account executives' desks in various departments on a temporary basis to gain a better understanding of the functions of different departments prior to being promoted to full-time assistant.

As a full-time assistant, you will work exclusively to support your assigned agent or account executive in conducting the business of the agency. You will perform basic administrative tasks and will be exposed to client service procedures. You will be reassigned to different agents on a regular basis. Over the course of the program, you can expect to work with agents and account executives of all levels before being considered for promotion.

To be considered for an Intern or Agent Trainee position, you must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school as well as possess or be willing to develop a socially conscious mindset. In exceptional cases, you may substitute a four-year degree with four (4) years of relevant professional experience. If you have a graduate degree (MBA, MS, Ph.D.,etc.) but do not have any related work experience, we still encourage you to apply.

If you are currently enrolled in a school program that focuses on the area of socially conscious, such as environmental studies, business ethics, philosophy, communications, and choose to work in the summer or around your course load during school year in exchange for an internship credit, we may have Internship opportunities available to you.
